At Artisan Creative, we’re all about cultivating exceptional talent to power our client’s digital, creative, and marketing endeavors. We are looking to welcome a dynamic Creative Project Manager to join our team full-time. This role is based in Torrance, CA or San Francisco, CA and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with event marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Deltek is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement highly creative and strategic solutions across print, digital, and video media.
- Drive the integration of art direction and design into different channels, including digital, print, and video.
- Establish compelling content across multiple digital and social platforms using creative visual concepts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with the project’s goals and vision.
- Offer strategic and creative recommendations to drive new business opportunities for the agency.
- Ensure that creative projects meet brand objectives and stay within budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, with at least 5+ years of experience in an ad agency or similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of art direction, design, and strategic content creation across multiple channels.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and inspire creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present ideas and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
